Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins about 1 pound each
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
In a bowl, mix white wine, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade
Place pork tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them
Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Remove the pork from the marinade and brush with olive oil
Place the pork tenderloins on the preheated grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
During the last few minutes of cooking, baste the pork with the remaining marinade for added flavor
Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing
Serve the roasted pork tenderloin slices with your favorite sides and enjoy
