Roasted Pork Tenderloin with White Wine, Garlic, and Rosemary

Roasted pork tenderloin that has been flavored with white wine, garlic, and rosemary will make your taste buds dance. While its being grilled, this dish is sure to please everyone at a barbecue.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins about 1 pound each
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

In a bowl, mix white wine, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade

Place pork tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them

Seal the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

Remove the pork from the marinade and brush with olive oil

Place the pork tenderloins on the preheated grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C

During the last few minutes of cooking, baste the pork with the remaining marinade for added flavor

Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing

Serve the roasted pork tenderloin slices with your favorite sides and enjoy
