Banana Berry Blast Smoothie

Start your day with a nutritious and delicious smoothie that both you and your kids will love. This Banana Berry Blast Smoothie is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber, making it a perfect choice for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender

Add the mixed berries, low-fat yogurt, and spinach leaves to the blender
