Balsamic Glazed Steak Wraps

North Stamford Sex Events

Tender beef steaks are coated in a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze, then wrapped with crisp veggies and creamy feta cheese in warm flour tortillas. These wraps are bursting with flavor and perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 beef steaks ribeye or sirloin, about 6 oz each
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:

On both sides of the steaks, sprinkle salt and pepper

Put honey, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat

For medium-rare, add the steaks and cook for 34 minutes on each side, or until done to your liking

In the last minute of cooking, pour the balsamic glaze over the steaks and turn them to cover all sides

Take it off the heat and wait five minutes

Use a separate pan or the microwave to warm up the tortillas

Once the steaks have cooled, cut them thinly across the grain

On a flat tortilla, put a bunch of mixed greens, sliced bell pepper, red onion, sliced steak, and crumbled feta cheese

This is how you make a wrap

To keep the filling inside, fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly

Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and filling

Serve right away, with extra balsamic glaze on the side if you want

Have fun
